What version of Streamline NX are you using? We are on 2.4 and trying to get updated to 2.7. The same account that fails if used as the mac mobile account at login works correctly when gaining access to the network print queue. ![]() If you login/authenticate with local account (not a mobile account), you are prompted for a network account that has permission to print to the network printer when you try to print.I think when the issue is a bit outside the norm then tech support gets pretty thin. I have found that swopping fonts seems to solve the issue. On Big Sur beta 11.0.1, attempting to print on my HP OfficeJet L7580 gave me error messages indicating that the macOS thought that the printer driver was malware. HP printer still operates fine with other Macs on Catalina OS. Before the OS upgrade we had never seen this happen. If the user does not have local Mac administrator permission, any local administrator account can be used to release the job. I have a feeling it has something to do with the Big Sur OS. If the mobile user has mac administrator permissions, the job will be released to the network printer and print successfully. Big Sur, the best way to get on the road is by taking our California DMV practice. The printer is in my list of devices on my Xfinity network. If your printer manufacturer supports Big Sur, installing the newest printer drivers should fix this issue. I can setup IP printing and that works just fine from Mac, but, of course, I am unable to print from my mobile devices. The printer is connected to the new new router on the 2.4 network, but for whatever reason it is always OFFLINE when I try to use it or just look for it.
